Maintenance Technician

Located in Chandler, AZ

Salary: $25+ DOE

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain plant machines, equipment, building, and grounds.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine components.
  • Collaborate with operators for efficient production.
  • Fabricate and weld machine components as needed.
  • Record machine malfunctions and adjustments.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

  Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic English.
  • Strong attendance and positive attitude.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of 3-phase electric/hydraulic systems a plus.

  Skills Needed:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  Physical Demands:

  • Walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Working at heights and in tight spaces.
  • Exposure to oil, grease, and high noise levels.
