Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online sales channels (e.g., website, marketplace platforms).
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of online sales channels and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
