Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Finn Operator position with a company that manufacturers car engine parts located in the Bradenton, FL area.

Duties Include:
- Configure fin press machines with the appropriate tooling, ensuring alignment with the specifications provided for each heat exchanger design.
- Adjust machine settings, such as speed and pressure, to achieve optimal production results.
- Load raw materials, typically metal sheets, into the fin press machine.
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of materials for accurate forming of fins.
- Operate the fin press machine, monitoring its performance to ensure consistent and accurate production.
- Make real-time adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve issues that may arise during production, such as machine malfunctions or variations in product quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fin Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of fin press machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.

Hours of work:
Will train on first shift for 2-3 weeks 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and OT on Fridays after training you will transition to 2nd Shift 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday and OT on Friday.

Pay:
$18.00/hr with Bi-Weekly Pay
