As an Appliance Delivery Installer you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless experience from purchase to installation. This position involves loading and unloading appliances, transporting them to our customers' homes or businesses, conducting pre-installation assessments, and installing appliances including connecting electrical and plumbing components. You will also be responsible for testing the appliances once installed to ensure they are fully functional. This role requires precision, technical skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, secure, and transport appliances (such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, etc.) without damage.
• Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and prepare for the installation process.
• Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes, including electrical and plumbing connections as needed.
• Test installed appliances to confirm proper operation.
• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining the installation process and appliance use and care to customers.
• Complete all installation and service paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in at least 1-2 of the following skill sets: electrical, carpentry, and plumbing.
• Previous experience in appliance installation or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
