High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and web based system, must posses organizational and communication skills, ability to work effectively in competitive team environment, self motivated and detail oriented, multi task in busy environment

On line platform- coordinate cars, track/trace shipments, track and release line from loaders to verify all cars will be picked up by BNSF, ensure accurate responses to customer inquiries, provide timely responses to requests for information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web based programs, SAP experience a plus, BNSF software a plus
