Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Electronic Assembly position with a great company located in the Palmetto, FL area.

Duties Include:
- Assemble electronic components such as circuit boards, sensors, relays, and wiring harnesses according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.
- Read work orders, follows production drawings, written routings and work instructions, make use of sample assemblies or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Crimps, stakes, screws, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits or
- Conduct functional tests on assembled electronic systems to verify proper operation and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any deviations or issues encountered during production.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Use of small hand tools and solders required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with HVAC systems or related equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions. Hands-on experience with soldering, wire harnessing, and electronic component assembly techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or defects effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
