We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Superintendent. 

 

DIRECT HIRE PLACEMENT

Superintendent position

 

Shift- M-F 7:30am-until about 5/6pm depending on the job - will only work weekends if extreme weather delays the project during the week, but very seldom.

 

INITIAL TERRITORY: Tampa Bay & Sarasota/Bradenton markets.  Long term projects will not be staying overnight. All local Tampa Bay jobs - all jobs are commercial.

 

INITIAL MANAGEMENT: Report directly to VP of Operations with a dotted line to the owner. Oversee production, quality control, Safety, cost control and job management. Have all field employees for your jobs report to you with a dotted line to the VP of operations.

*Will be supervising 6-8 people on the job

 

 

EXPECTATIONS: Our expectations will be for you to acclimate yourself to the company and our capabilities and only then can we start to measure the following: improving current safety, production by hiring, accountability, quality control, cost savings, etc. We will expect you to manage multiple jobs or one large job, work very well with engineers, help with paperwork and uphold our long-standing policy of N.D.C- “No Dissatisfied Customers”. After 1 year in any business everything has a ROI attached to it. We will discuss and agree on short- and long-term goals together as a team. Employee will have a strong understanding of Remedial construction to include concrete restoration. Concrete restoration experience a plus- if not general construction, but not required

 

 

While there is a salary range on this position we are open to discussing opportunities with candidates with a higher level experience and deserving of a higher salary range.  We proposes a non-monetary review 60 days from start of employment and a monetary review after 6 months.

 

DL- must have valid DL and a DMV report will be required with valid insurance for their vehicle
