A successful manufacturer of alternative power systems and related products is hiring an Order Entry Clerk to support their team with performing Data Entry duties working closely with the sales team for the most accuracy! This company goes above and beyond to take care of their people and create a great working environment!

As Order Entry Clerk you would be:

• Timely and accurate processing of sales orders including daily monitoring of incoming orders from major accounts.
• Order delivery promising/scheduling based on standard rules, regular meetings, and negotiations with Manufacturing Operations.
• Provide customer demand forecast data to company Master Production Schedule.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues via email, phone, and other methods necessary to coordinate customer shipments.

You may qualify for the Order Entry Clerk position if you:

• Have previous Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Have previous MS Office and Software experience
• Are familiar with Manufacturing and Distribution processes

Pay: $20-$23/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Longmont, CO
