Seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work with clients, demonstrate a commitment to growing the business, and have a passion for financial planning and investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and adapt to the firm's established processes and procedures during an initial training period.
• Perform administrative duties related to client accounts, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute trades and monitor investment portfolios in accordance with client objectives and firm guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions with clients to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs.
• Provide ongoing client servicing and support, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering strategic advice.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for business development and client acquisition.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on financial planning and investment management.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.
• Life and health insurance licensed.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
