Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of future issues.
• Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality, conducting regular checks and maintenance as needed.
• Plan and schedule repairs, coordinating with team members and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard, maintaining the highest level of quality and performance.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry, contributing to the overall appearance and functionality of our business premises.
• Assist in developing and implementing the budget for the maintenance department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies, tracking usage and replenishing supplies as needed to support ongoing maintenance efforts.
