Car Detailer Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition, ensuring any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
• Move and park vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations and providing transportation to owners as needed, demonstrating care and attention to detail in handling customer vehicles.
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies, ensuring we have the necessary products and materials to perform our cleaning services efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries and fulfill their requests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all customer needs are met.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods, restoring the appearance of the vehicle to company standards.
• Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers' cars, helping to maintain the appearance and protect the paintwork.
• Perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed, maintaining quality control and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Answer any questions that customers have about their car detailing, providing knowledgeable and helpful assistance to address their concerns.
