What we're looking for:

Server Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude, ensuring all requests are recorded correctly.
• Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the ordering process.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, making suggestions and answering any questions guests may have about the food and beverage offerings.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems, providing attentive service and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collect payments from tables, accurately totaling meal costs and sales taxes, and providing excellent customer service during the payment process.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary, supporting the kitchen team and contributing to the overall success of our dining operation.
