What we're looking for:

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
• Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance, maintaining accurate records of all materials received.
• Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods, such as measuring dimensions and testing functionality, to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures, leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our quality inspections.
• Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics, such as the number of defective products per day, providing valuable data to inform quality improvement efforts.
• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained, and discard any equipment that doesn't meet requirements, prioritizing the safety and quality of our operations.
• Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager, providing regular updates on quality inspection activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality management processes.
