Panel Shop Associate

Located in Canby, OR

Salary: $18 - 20/ Hour

A local client of ours is looking to add a Panel Assembler to their team. If you are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow your skill set this is an opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, reliable, and open to learning and being part of a dynamic team.

Duties:

• Assist with the assembly of electrical panels.
• Must be able to reach and understand written instructions and follow them to build the panel.
• Must be good with hand tools, as well as power and air tools to assemble the product.
• Build shipping crates to protect the equipment during shipment.
• Will also perform warehouse duties, shipping preparation, loading and unloading products and staging orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualities:

• Willingness to learn and cross train, we are willing to train for entry level experience if thew want and will learn is there.
• Mechanically inclined
• Good hand dexterity to complete hand assembly work.
• Safety awareness, we want people who care about safety to follow all working rules, and adhere to all safety guidelines.
• Detail-oriented, ability to pay attention and ensure the process is followed and done correctly.
• Team player, we are looking for someone who gets along well with others and can jump in when needed to support the company goals and ensure all goals are met.
• High School diploma or GED, REQUIRED

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am-4 pm

Pay: $18-$20 DOE
