Order Entry/Billing Representative - $20/hr

Express is currently searching for a well qualified Order Entry/Billing Representative who has great attention to detail and data entry experience. The Order Entry/Billing Representative will manage orders from email, chat, inbound calls and an online queue. You'll assist with general inquiries, problem solve, and assist with increasing customer satisfaction.

Order Entry/Billing Representative Duties:

• Receiving orders via phone/email
• Provide pricing to customers, sales people, drivers, and management
• Process delivery documents including listing items sold, amounts due, credit terms and dates of shipment
• Process product returns or incorrectly billed merchandise
• Process purchase orders
• Process invoices
• General customer service including technical discussions

Order Entry/Billing Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with customer service or call center
• 2+ years experience with product order entry
• 2+ years experience with billing
• High school diploma
• Attention to detail; extremely accurate and precise
• MS Office Suite of tools
