Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis for a duration of 2 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in auditing and assisting a company through the audit process.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.

- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

- Assist in the preparation for external audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- CPA designation preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles, with a focus on auditing.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Experience in project-based or temporary assignments preferred.
