Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain production equipment in top-notch operating condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and track activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Train associates on equipment usage and best practices.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of replacement parts.
• Implement process improvement changes in collaboration with engineering.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and safety.

 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience operating various machining equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and bending.
