Forklift Driver/ Material Handler - $19.00/ hour

We are now hiring a Forklift Driver/ Material Handler for a manufacturing facility with strong presence in PA. This person will safely operate sit down forklift and move material off the production line to the wrapping station and stack into the yard.  Will help machine operators & production workers by loading/ unloading materials.

Forklift Driver/ Material Handler Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift in all warehouse & fabrication shop operations to load/ unload items
• Pack orders & wrap, band or bundle for shipping; lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using forklift.
• Separate products according to weight, grade, size, and composition of materials used to produce them.
• Perform pre-shift forklift safety inspections.

Forklift Driver/ Material Handler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in technical program
• Must have extensive forklift experience dealing with heavy steel materials
• Manufacturing experience a plus
