Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with HR Team and Leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies, enhancing employee engagement and organizational design.

·         Implement innovative recruitment strategies in coordination with Business Partners to attract top-tier candidates across all company positions.

·         Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, networking, and events to actively source and engage potential candidates, while also forecasting future talent needs to support company growth.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

·         Minimum two (2) years of progressive HR experience

·         Possess knowledge of federal and Hawai'i specific labor laws

·         Proficiency in HR software

·         Certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is a plus!
