Job Summary:  

• Local company looking for an apartment maintenance technician. The associate does need to have basic carpentry/fix-it skill set and aware of fixing minor plumbing, electrical, flooring, handy-man skills, does HVAC/EPA certified! and if CPO (certified pool) that is a HUGE plus.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-7p
