Construction Permit Coordinator

 

 

This associate will be responsible for facilitating & managing all aspects of the permitting process. This includes vendor maintenance, licensing, & overseeing the permit application and tracking process for the Pensacola, FL, and National Accounts departments. We are seeking a self-disciplined and motivated team player who can work productively with minimal supervision. We also seek individuals who are positive and professional manner.

 

  • Oversee all aspects of the permitting, vendor maintenance, licensing processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all permitting, vendor maintenance, and licensing activities.
  • Maintain all vendor documents for new and existing vendors and serve as the point-of-contact for vendors working with the Pensacola, FL, and National Accounts departments.
  • Track all licensing requirements for each state client operates in, and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Coordinate and acquire all necessary licenses and maintain all applicable documentation for licensing requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documents to complete permit application packages.
  • Communicate and track progress on permit applications, inspections, and all related phases to management personnel.

  • Generate various reports and summaries regarding permitting, vendor, and licensing activities and associated costs.

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 $18-$20
