Express Employment Professionals are seeking skilled Process Operator to join our team. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment in our packaging facility. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities for the Process Operator:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Place pallet caps and labels on finished products
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:

• Able to work some over time when needed
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Able to pass E-Verify
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to lift/carry/push up to 50 lbs.
