Cabinet Maker

Located in Kingston, PA

We are seeking an experienced custom woodworker/builder with leadership qualities to join our woodworking team! This position requires extensive experience in woodworking field

Responsibilities:

• Working on your own projects as well as assisting in coordinating of the daily activities of the production team
• Supervising production teams and personnel and assisting with solving any issues
• Ensuring all purchases arrive in timely manner, required excellent communication with purchasing department and ship & rec personnel
• Assembly of woodwork components according to provided drawings and cut list
• Work with various types of materials: solid lumber, veneers, various panels, laminates, solid surface etc.
• Operate all woodworking tools and equipment
• Prepping and sanding products for final finishing process where applicable
• Close communication with purchasing department and production management to ensure proper materials were ordered
• Work closely with production management and drafting personnel in solving any issues related to drawings and cut lists

?Qualifications:

• HAS TO HAVE previous experience in woodwork/millwork manufacturing facility-min 5 years
• Knowledge of blue prints, woodworking tools and equipment
• Leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills, needs to be a team player
• Should be mature, solid and reliable person
