Freight Crew Manager - Graveyard Shift- Bend, OR

 

We seek an experienced Freight Crew Manager for our graveyard shift from 9 pm to 6 am.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a grocery freight crew manager
• Ability to lead a freight crew, including facilitating operations, leading by example, throwing freight efficiently, receiving feedback, rotating products, tracking dates, operating pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts
• Capable of lifting to 50 lbs
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, multitasking, building displays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills to lead the crew and coordinate with store management
• Ability to quickly address issues, provide top-notch customer service, and exhibit an outstanding work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth freight operations by leading the crew, monitoring performance, and holding a team to high standards
• Perform all freight tasks like throwing, rotating, and building displays as needed
• Track and record product dates, maintain an organized backroom
• Follow instructions from store management, implement feedback to improve operations
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment for the crew

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26-$28 per hour based on experience and a full benefits package.
