Express Employment Professionals of Longview is now seeking a Full Time Care Coordinator for a local medical facility. 

Job Duties:

• Work close with the billing specialist and data entry staff to ensure proper Medicaid billing guidelines are followed
• Assist and monitor foster care services for compliance with all standards
• Developing and monitoring consumer training plans and data collection sheets
• Coordinating and reviewing of delivery of HCS services
• Review of consumers strengths and needs
• Review of services records for accuracy and completion 
• Perform annual onsite survey, review quarterly fire and safety data, completion of room and board agreements for residential and foster care consumers

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Strong customer service and computer skills

Job Details:

• Pay will be due on experience
