Seeking full-time Expansion/Extrusion Machine Operators in San Marcos, CA!

Departments:

Extrusion: Conduct the operation of a heat shrink tubing machine, including machine setup, loading of process material and handling of produced material. 

• Set up and operate machines/Clean machines between products
• Position material onto machines/Verify quality of material before starting process
• Conduct periodic quality inspections
• Production data entry on paper or in computer to document manufacturing operations

Expansion: Produce product by blending raw material, formula requirements, and setting procedures

• Operate control raw materials and enter the correct amount of raw materials from assigned shop order
• Set mixers/Conduct in-process batch inspections 
• Maintain inventories of various extrusion equipment and spare parts in order to keep running machines
• Select correct dies in order to produce proper sized tubing

Qualifications:

• Plastic injection Molding Machine Set-Up and Operation Experience
• Experience with the Extrusion and/or Expansion process
• Physical ability to push and pull up to 75lbs

1st shift:

Extrusion, 7:00AM-3:00PM, $23/HR 

Expansion, 7:00AM-3:00PM, $23/HR 

2nd shift: 

Extrusion, 3:00PM-11:00PM, $23.50/HR 

Expansion, 3:00PM-11:00PM, $23.50/HR
