OPEN POSITION
Express Employment is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a respected client in the Caldwell area.
The Production Supervisor will have experience supervising or overseeing a team, small or large. To implement strategy for teamwork to complete tasks and goals. This role will require the technical ability to troubleshoot plant equipment as needed, including leading your team to perform preventative maintenance. This will be a hands-on role! Expect to be 50% on the floor and 50% in the office.

Schedule: Days TBD 8am -1pm
Pay : $50 - 55,000 annualize DOE 

Expected Duties:
•Leading team of operators to ensure production outputs and efficiencies are achieved
•Ensuring quality standards are achieved per SOP
•Ensure SOP’s are being followed on the production line
•Train new operators on multiple work stations
•Control production schedule while reaching production targets – reporting issues to Head of Operations
•Controlling raw material stock & optimize yield rate
•Safety compliance
•Expect to assist in loading & unloading of materials 

Minimum requirements:
•Minimum 3 years of manufacturing operations 
•2 years minimum of leadership
•2 years minimum of technical troubleshooting / maintenance preferred 
•Excellent verbal, writing and communication skills.
•Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word)
•Forklift operations – 2 years minimum 
•Valid Driver’s License
•High School Diploma or GED required
