General - Inside Sales Representative

Salary: $20+ / hr DOE

OPEN POSITION -
Express Employment is currently recruiting for an Insides Sales Representative for a respected client in the Caldwell area.

You will achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth. This representative will make sales calls daily, work with partners, generate interest, qualify prospects and close sales. 

Schedule: M-F 8AM – 5PM

Pay : $20+ / hr DOE 

General Duties:

• Provide customers with product & service information for purchasing
  • In & outbound calls, walk-ins
• Source new sales opportunities through leads & cold calling 
• Maintain & expand the database of assigned prospects 
• Quotes & invoices 
• Research and identifying key decision makers 
• Arrange orders, deliveries, and installations
• Cashier transactions & restock merchandise

Minimum requirements:

• 2 years in sales - Outside sales is equivalent
• High school diploma or Associates in related field
• Invoice experience preferred
• Customer Service Rep. (2 years min.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• SalesForce or an equivalent sales software
