Express is seeking a dedicated Quality Team Lead for a local manufacturing company here in Williamson County! If you meet the following criteria, PLEASE CALL or APPLY TODAY!!!

Work Shift: Monday-Friday 2:45PM-11:00PM (overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: DOE $20-$25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections per shift, per machine, utilizing the ERP System.
• Approve start-up and in-process inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Utilize measurement tools to assess parts and identify non-conforming products.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to manage staffing assignments effectively.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Employ problem-solving skills to maintain stable operation within the team area.
• Communicate quality concerns to the Shift Supervisor and work closely with support staff to resolve issues.
• Verify product quality and packaging before removal from the area.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in plastics processing, injection molding, or blow molding preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various settings, including noisy environments.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with molds, machines, forklifts, etc.
• Office setting for part of the day.

Hours and Travel:

• Full-time hourly position with an expected workload of 40-50 hours per week.
