Production Worker

1^st, & 2^nd Shift

$16.00-$17.00/hr 

 

In this Role You Will:

• Accurately count meat patties, meatballs, and similar items as they move along the conveyor belt and pack them into designated boxes.
• Remove any substandard products from the production line.
• Stack filled boxes at the end of the production line, ensuring they are properly dated and sealed.
• Seal boxes containing products.
• Clean up work area and dispose of remaining items at the end of each shift.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (warm, hot, humid, cold), wet conditions, and on slippery surfaces at different heights around moving equipment.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job.
• Flexibility to work extended hours Monday through Saturday, occasionally including Sundays, and to work overtime as needed. Start times and hours may vary depending on production requirements.
• Must successfully complete training in:
• Safety
• Safe Quality Food (SQF)
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Food defense

• Sort through RTE and raw product
• Separate defective production
• Packaged product
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift up to 20-30lbs
