Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll identify, recruit, and place top-tier talent within an organization. Utilizing your strong interpersonal and sales skills, you'll engage with clients and candidates to ensure optimal matches, enhancing the company's reputation.

Position Details:

• Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $20/hr plus commission based on results.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Location: In-office position located in St. Cloud, MN (Not Remote).

Responsibilities:

• Promptly fulfill requisitions with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and talent.
• Use various methods to recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
• Enhance the company's brand and visibility to attract top talent.
• Foster effective communication within the office and among team members.
• Take on additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility.
• Provide supervision and guidance to teammates as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with recruiting software.
• Minimum one year of consistent employment within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
• Previous experience in a performance-driven environment, with sales and customer service experience desired.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
