We're recruiting candidates for a Plant Operator role at a natural fertilizer company based out of Cannon Falls, MN. This role will be assisting with dehydrating compost until it becomes granulated, operating a skid loader, supervising the equipment, performing basic maintenance and repairs on the equipment, and general clean-up.
