Youth Development I

Qualification: 

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working with children in a group setting
• Fundamental grasp of youth development principles, particularly in elementary/middle school contexts. 
• Basic knowledge of engagement strategies tailored to children. 
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive onboarding and training programs, including shadowing experience staff. 
• Ability to lead and organize group activities for children.
