Youth Development II

Qualification: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in a group setting
• Practical knowledge and application of engagement strategies suitable for children. 
• Demonstrated ability in behavioral management techniques for children. 
• In-depth understanding of youth development principles, especially in elementary/middle school settings. 
• Open to coaching and committed to ongoing learning and training and development.
