Salary: $30-35/hr.

Express Employment is seeking a training content developer for the County.  Job duties include:

·         Developing comprehensive training content including training guides and on-demand videos

·         Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and ensure the accuracy of training materials

·         Utilize various tools, such as Camtasia and Articulate software, to create engaging and interactive training resources

·         Participating in project initiatives by developing eLearning content designed to support end-users’ adoption of new systems

·         Coordinating training efforts by scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and tracking participation

·         Assessing and updating training materials to align with system upgrades

·         Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance the effectiveness of content

 

Other details:

·         Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

·         Pay rate is $30-35/hr. DOE

·         Position is temporary and expected to be 6 months in duration
