Job Duties:

Candidates interested in the General Maintenance position will be responsible for the following duties:

-General Maintenance of Apartment Complex

-Paint, patch holes in sheet rock/drywall

-Repair any damages as needed

-Update fixtures

-Basic plumbing

-Any other duties as assigned by facility manager
