Electronic Billing Specialist

Located in Charleston, WV

A local law office is seeking a full-time or part time Electronic Billing Specialist to perform a variety of tasks to help keep things running smoothly. You don't want to miss this opportunity of working with a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities:

As an Electronic Billing Specialist you will format issues, budgets, rejections and appeals from the platforms or insurance adjusters. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team..

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or the equivalent
• Must have SurePoint/LMS accounting software experience
• Must be proactive, tenacious and persistent 
• Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service and problem solving skills

Evaluation-to-hire position

Hours are Monday through Friday, possibly 2-3 days/week, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Pay rate depends on experience.
