Position: Customer Service Rep (Temp-to-hire)

Pay: $16.50

Schedule: Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm) with 1 hour break

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help one of Hawaii’s community-led, non-profit health plans. With over 30 years in the industry, help them support individual wellness and promote community access to quality care!

Preferred Qualifications

• Min.1 year of recent customer service/call center experience
• Strong written, interpersonal, and oral skills (including telephone etiquette)
• High school Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred: Associate degree or post graduate training in health care, insurance or customer related field

Responsibilities

• Inform members regarding open enrollment processes through incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including member fulfillment, and mail return
• Respond to incoming inquiries related to member eligibility and assist members in understanding/navigating the enrollment process into the QUEST Program
