Job Summary: Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Rep will be facilitating payday advance services to income earning consumers.
We are seeking energetic, business-focused individuals with cash handling experience ready to take on new challenges.

Location: Pensacola, Fl.
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $15.00 per hour depending upon experience.
Schedule: Tues & Weds, or Weds & Thurs, 9:30am-6pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references, credit and risk
• Determine eligibility of application
• Complete and submit credit and loan documentation
• Promote sale of credit and loan services 
• Manage past due accounts

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have cash handling experience.
• Previous collections experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Outstanding people skills
• Prior experience in a similar industry
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Problem solving experience
• Demonstrate confidence as a performer and a team player
