Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in all aspects of concrete construction, including forming, pouring, and finishing.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Train and mentor junior crew members to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret construction plans.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
