Salary: Salary: $42-$45per hour

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conducting maintenance on all construction and greenhouse equipment, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, and performing regular servicing and necessary repairs at job sites.
• Documenting comprehensive service records for all construction equipment, both on-site and on the company server.
• Taking charge of proactive repair planning and implementing preventative maintenance measures.
• Operating in outdoor field settings throughout the year, enduring all weather conditions.
• Handling heavy lifting tasks, with weights of up to 50 lbs.
• Being flexible with overtime hours and occasional out-of-town assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy-duty mechanical role or similar field.
• Proficiency in millwright duties coupled with a robust background in electronics/electrical work and welding expertise.
• While formal tickets are not mandatory, direct relevant experience is essential.
• Demonstrated willingness and capacity to acquire new skills.
• Ability to innovate and resolve challenges autonomously.
• Excellent communication abilities with fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Be able to legally work in Canada.

Salary & Schedule:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Monday to Friday 8 AM- 5.00 P
• Salary: $42-$45per hour
