Lead Sales Office Assistant / Client Relations Specialist 

Pay: $17-$22/hr
Schedule: 
M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Location: Ocala, FL 

 ***(For this position you must be comfortable speaking to clients/customers calling in about their financials. Would do soft calls from leads of people wanting more information, and scheduling appointments with the advisors.)***

Job Duties:

  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Must have strong phone skills - there is no cold calling but would need to be comfortable calling leads to create appointments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Must have a strong, clear voice, very detailed oriented, and self starter. 
  • Must be adaptable, self starter, and someone who is good with numbers/date entry.

Local Professional Financial company is looking to add someone to their team for the Administrative Assistant position. They are looking for a friendly and sincere person who can help handle the incoming calls, confirm scheduled calls for the week, help with filing and office duties as well as help with making sure the office supplies are checked on and cleaned up. This position will require someone who has strong customer service skills, strong voice, good with Excel software and self motivated. There are no cold calling but you would need to be comfortable with calling leads to convert to appointments. Adaptable to learn all of the Front desk duties and back administrative duties.
