$20.00 per hour. 

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a full time Operations Supervisor in the Hilliard area! This is an evaluation hire. We are a full-service staffing firm working with local companies to fill jobs with great talent like you!

In this role you will:

• Promote and sell merchandise to customers utilizing product and select the best material to meet customer needs.
• Receive material coming into the building by vendors and monitor inventory levels, order materials, 
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and report customer feedback back to management.

We like to hear from candidates with:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience managing counter sales or retail store.
• PC Proficiency for data entry, communication, record keeping, and research.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds ( This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing)
