Groundskeeper/Porter

Salary: $20 an hour

Express is looking for a porter/groundskeeper for an apartment complex in Antioch! 

Pay rate $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience!

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
2. Cleans grounds and removes litter
3. Spreads salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup
4. Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash
5. Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
6. Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
7. Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude always.
8. Responsible for courteous, efficient response always.
9. Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
10. Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.
11. Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
