Plant Maintenance Specialist Wanted for Assembly Plant

Now hiring an experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our assembly plant in Springfield OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment including machines, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
• Keep maintenance logs and documentation up-to-date
• Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed

Maintenance Skills Required:

• 2+ years experience as a maintenance technician, millwright or industrial machinery repairer
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Experience with automated assembly equipment a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
