Salary: $18.50-21/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals in Chanhassen is looking for an Rotomold Machine Operator to work at a company in Delano. The pay is between $18.50-21.00/hr. Duties and Responsibilities

• Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department 
• Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications 
• Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques, we offer on-the-job training
• Comply with all safety requirements 
• Rotate to other areas of the department to assist team members, when needed. 

Attribute:

• Basic Computer Knowledge 
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the company, if needed. 
• Comfortable making judgment calls on quality of parts and determining which parts need to be fixed 
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload between work  
• Work well with others and in a team environment 

Qualifications:

• GED required or high school diploma
• Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures 
• Able to lift 50 lbs.  
• Comfortable with grasping and pulling products and machines frequently

This Rotomold Machine Operator position is a 1st shift position M-F from 6am-2pm (could get overtime during busy times). Hourly pay is $18.50-21/hr. DOE.
