Accounting Administrator

Salary: $20-$22
We're currently hiring an Accounting Administrator for our client based in Mississauga!
The Accounting Associate role is to organize, administrate and facilitate the daily business within the
company – by performing a variety of general administrative and clerical services. This position requires
a customer-centric, friendly and positive individual who is known to work collaboratively to attain both
personal goals and as well as achieve the company’s mission. They also require a high level of
organization, multitasking capabilities as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
• Process invoices
• Scan invoices and work orders and save on network drive
• Email invoices and work order to the correct customers contacts
• Follow up with customer for purchase orders when necessary, update invoice and resubmit to
customer for payments
• Assist uploading invoices to customer portals as required
• Assist with other accounting functions such as payables as required
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with respect to invoicing
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices (first level)
• Maintain data in ERP system as required ex. Customer contacts
• Back up for reception as required (i.e. Answer the phones, take service and sale calls)
• Provide assistance for other departments as required
• Other duties as reasonable assigned
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and computer (MS Office) skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks/ ERP systems considered an asset
• Diplomacy, tact, and professionalism when interacting with customers and team members
