Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday. (Must be able to train on day shift )

Overtime: Every other Saturday

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Slitter Operator to join our team. As a Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining slitting machines to cut materials according to specifications. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that materials are accurately cut and prepared for further production.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate slitting machines to cut materials
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate cutting dimensions
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed for quality control
- Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during operation
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience operating slitting machines or similar equipment is preferred
- Familiarity tape measures
- Proficiency in operating a forklift safely and efficiently
