Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of expanding our market presence in Spokane County! As a key player in our growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in increasing sales, establishing new client accounts, and servicing existing ones. • Take ownership of the Spokane County territory, conducting regular in-person discovery visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Proactively seek out new clients, develop a robust pipeline, and convert leads into lasting business relationships.
• Plan and execute strategic appointment calls to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present our value proposition.
• Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges in the assigned territory.

What you need to be successful:

• Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably in a similar territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Spokane County markets and industries is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.

Pay: $42,000 - $50,000 (DOE) plus commission

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
