One of our award winning Northern, NJ offices is seeking to hire a career-minded Sales Rep to join our local team!

 

This role plays an integral part in our HR service. Our Sales Team is responsible for marketing and networking with local businesses with the goal of branding the services that our staffing company can provide and establish a relationship with a community of businesses.

 

As part of the Sales Team, you will work within a defined territory in Northern, NJ connecting and learning about local businesses and their hiring needs, and present Express service offerings as solutions. The main goal is to present Express as an organization that can help companies in the areas of employment, leadership, and human resources. This role will prospect for new business and call on an existing book of business in a sales capacity.

 

Do you have the following?

• HS Diploma/GED (required)
• Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred)
• Play to WIN! Like being part of a competitive, ‘winning’ team!
• Sales or customer focused experience (at least two years preferred)
• Ability to get physical--you are not always behind a desk. We network with other companies, B2B by utilizing outside sales techniques, inside sales (cold/warm calling), networking through events, etc.

Salary: $45,000+ base salary (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission on new accounts (typically $5,000 to $30,000 in first year, depending on accounts brought in).
